The company will highlight several new products designed to simplify installation, improve functionality, and enhance the user experience in furniture manufacturing. Attendees can expect live demonstrations and technical support from Titus’ team, ensuring professionals are up-to-date with the latest hardware solutions. The focus is on hardware that’s quicker to fit, easier to adjust, and reliable in daily use.

What Titus Will Present at KBB Birmingham 2026

Titus will present several new products as part of its diverse offering for the furniture manufacturing industry. These products aim to streamline production processes, improve efficiency, and enhance product longevity.

New Drawer Systems: Vitek and Trax-V

This year, Titus will introduce two new drawer systems: Vitek and Trax-V.

Vitek is an ultra-thin metal drawer system designed for modern furniture. Suitable for kitchens, living spaces, bedrooms, wardrobes, and vanities, Vitek features a 3D locking device that ensures precise alignment of the drawer front. The system also simplifies installation, with easy fitting and removal of the drawer on the runners. Available in full or single-extension runners, Vitek is the ideal choice for contemporary furniture designs.

Trax-V, on the other hand, is a modular undermount runner system for wooden drawers. It is particularly suitable for everyday furniture, offering smooth and quiet soft-close action thanks to Titus ART damping technology. Trax-V supports loads of up to 40kg and is available in both single and full-extension versions.

T-Type Hinge Range: New Features and Designs

Titus will also showcase several new additions to its T-type hinge family, designed to meet the growing demand for easy-to-install and reliable hardware.

T-type PressTo is a tool-free cup fixing with an audible click-lock, reducing assembly time significantly. Ideal for tall cabinets where multiple hinges need to be installed, it works with the Titus 3Way snap-on mounting system, making it easier to mount hinges in three directions.

The T-type Noir offers a sleek, matt black finish, perfect for modern kitchens and furniture. This finish helps maintain a clean, understated look while also providing enhanced corrosion resistance and durability. T-type i170, another exciting product, offers a 170° opening with zero protrusion at 90°, making it ideal for cabinets with inner drawers or pull-out systems.

Connectors for Consistent and Stable Joints

Titus will display several connector systems that provide stable and modern solutions for various cabinet and furniture types. The System 6.2 square-shaped connectors are perfect for modular closets, wardrobes, and shelving, offering strong and stable connections with a contemporary look. Additionally, Titus will present its System 5 cam and dowel range, which includes Klix and Quickfit technologies, providing reliable solutions for cabinet applications.

The Quickfit TL5 “Full Metal Jacket” dowel is designed to lock securely in 5mm drilled holes, creating strong joints in materials such as MDF, chipboard, and solid wood, eliminating the need for additional wooden dowels.

Faster Drawer Adjustment with Tekform Slimline+

At KBB Birmingham 2026, Titus will also demonstrate the Tekform Slimline+ system. This innovative drawer system allows for 3D front adjustment with colour-coded panels that help professionals align drawer fronts accurately and quickly. With front-only adjustments, there’s no need to access the rear of the cabinet, making the installation process faster and more efficient. Tekform Slimline+ is also compatible with Tacto 2.0 push-to-open, which allows for handleless furniture. Additionally, it uses Titus ART damping for smooth and controlled soft-close action.

Slidix: Soft-Close for Sliding Doors

Titus will also showcase Slidix, a soft-close system for sliding doors, ranging from wardrobe doors to interior sliding doors. This system provides a seamless and quiet closing action, improving the overall user experience in homes and commercial spaces.

Live Demonstrations and Technical Support

Throughout the show, Titus will conduct live demonstrations of its products. The demonstrations will focus on faster fitting and accurate adjustment, ensuring that visitors experience the ease of use and reliability of the latest Titus hardware. Titus’ technical team will be available to provide support and walk attendees through Consumer Assembly Friendliness (CAF) and how it reduces fitting issues. The team will also highlight how these solutions contribute to shorter assembly times and ensure a consistent close for end users.

Phil Beddoe, Titus UK Managing Director, shared his excitement for the event: “KBB Birmingham provides an excellent platform to demonstrate how our engineering expertise addresses real-world manufacturing challenges. We’re excited to showcase both our enhanced existing ranges and new product launches that expand our capabilities in serving furniture manufacturers.”
