Vecoplan Midwest, LLC, a subsidiary of Vecoplan LLC, has hired two new persons to place a higher emphasis on customers and projects in the wood sector. Dan Dinan, based in the greater Cleveland, Ohio area, will be specializing in grinder and shredder equipment sales for the Northeast region. Dinan brings to Vecoplan over 20 years’ experience in general management, sales and marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Akron.
In the company’s Indiana office, Chuck Clemmons has been added to the engineering team. Clemmons has over 25 years’ experience in engineering mechanical design, creating layouts in AutoCAD, Inventor and Vault software programs for various materials including stainless steel, galvanized steel and aluminum. He has a certificate in precision machining and tooling from the Prosser Career Education Center in New Albany, Indiana.
Vecoplan Midwest, LLC is a subsidiary of North Carolina-based Vecoplan, LLC, both of which are part of Vecoplan AG located in Germany. The companies manufacture industrial and mobile shredding systems for size reduction of virtually any material, selling into plastics, wood, recycling, and waste markets. The Vecoplan Midwest office focuses on the wood and biomass business, and sells pelletizing equipment in addition to shredding systems.
