Compact and ergonomic, the design is ideal for routine operations, maintenance, and service. The deep-set operation doors open widely, and the control cabinet and maintenance compartment doors are easily accessed. Even an open roof can be used to load the equipment using a crane. The coolant return flow eliminates the need for a coolant tank where dust and grinding residue could collect. With no dirt, there is fewer upkeep duties. Powerful servo technology is also present in both machines.
Being simple to maintain, it is designed for complex sequences to speed up machining and increase output. The established workshop-oriented user interface in the design is used in conjunction with a touch screen or keypad to control the machines. This provides an override feature that makes it simple to change the machining speed. Additional versatility is provided by the manual operating unit, which allows any desired axis to be examined and altered directly on the enclosure, independent of the control panel.
