WEINIG turned AWFS 2019 into a cool experience

 Friday, July 26, 2019

WEINIG Holz-Her USA added cool flavor to turn AWFS 2019 more attractive and interesting than ever. Crew made a unique wooden soccer ball snowman and displayed at the fair ground. The interesting craftsmanship enhanced the look of the fair ground and attracted visitors making it a unique place to share knowledge and experience innovations.

With a history of technological innovations and creativity WEINIG, the brand did not fail to surprise its visitors at the fair ground. They showcased their latest machining technology and enriched the show experience for the visitors at the fair ground.

WEINIG with the motto, “We will be even closer to our customers in the future,” CEO Gregor Baumbusch, crowded the booth with latest innovations and machining technology. WEINIG showcased cutting-edge technology that embraces TRUE Industry 4.0 and meets the needs for today and tomorrow. They further added to their display finest solutions for solid wood and panel processing that emphasize intelligent production, machine interoperability and innovative operating concepts. In addition to this, they exhibited innovations offering perforce levels in the entry segment that, in the past, has been reserved for higher-end solutions.

Advanced Panel Retrievals

While most panel processing shops are moving toward rackless storage, WEINIG Holz-Her offers one of the smartest solutions on the market. In-booth demonstrations of the Holz-Her Store-Master will show how the sheetgood inventory and retrieval system keeps track of your panel inventory even with mixed material stacks. Team WEINIG is excited to show how the Store-Master integrates with the Dynestic, our nesting CNC solution.

Ripping/ Moulding /Cutting Integration

While stand alone WEINIG moulders have been providing customers with glass-like surfaces for decades, this year at AWFS the team will display the full rip / mould / cut integration. Utilizing Industry 4.0 technology and WEINIG’s EnVision software this automated work cell will show attendees the WEINIG’S technological advantages.
