They are proud to introduce The Cantek MX330 which is a compact entry-level edgebander that the company says is a perfect blend of quality and affordability.

Crafted with precision and top-grade components, the MX330 ensures superior edge finishes on cabinet parts and other components. Featuring end trimming, flush trimming, and buffing capabilities, it is designed for seamless operations. The user-friendly controls and adjustments facilitate quick and efficient changeovers for edge tape thicknesses ranging from 0.4mm to 3mm. Available in a 230V 1-phase configuration.

According to the company, key advantages include:

• PLC control system with LED display and keypad
• Workpiece is fed by upper conveyor belt & idle table rollers.
• Edge coil support plate: Ø 800 mm (31.5″) for PVC/ABS.
• Automatic edge feeding with a thickness capacity of 0.4-3 mm.
• Coiled edge bands up to 2 mm in thickness in Hard-PVC/ABS are cut with guillotine shears.
• 2 kg (2.6 lb) Teflon-coated hot-melt glue pot.
• Spring-loaded pressure unit with (2) chrome pressure rollers.
• Heavy-duty pressure beam with extendable workpiece support.
• Heated infeed fence for pre-heating the panel for optimum glue penetration.
• Mobility wheels allow you to move your edge bander in and out of position to save you work space.
• Mechanical digital readouts for convenient and quick adjustment to the working units & thickness.
